Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What Type of employment do you offer?
HealthSource provides supplemental, healthcare
staffing to hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities. We offer
PRN (as needed) shifts to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Patient Care Techs and student
Nurses. Temps can work when they want, as much as they want.
Question: Do you offer Benefits?
HealthSource does not offer health insurance,
pension plans, life insurance, vacation pay, sick pay, or other traditional
benefits. However we do offer bonuses, early pay option, and a monthly
drawing for prizes. Healthsource also offers the highest pay rates
in the area.
Question: What kinds of bonuses do you offer?
HealthSource offers a Referral Bonus and Retention
Incentive Bonus to all active temps.

Referral Bonuses are paid when an active temp
refers another temp to our company.

For every 15 shifts worked, a HealthSource temp will
receive a Retention Bonus. (Some restrictions apply.)

HealthSource conducts a Monthly Prize Drawing for
all active temps that work two or more shifts per month. Some of
the gifts will include gift certificates, Colts or Pacers tickets, T-Shirts,
and other neat stuff.
Question: Do you have a minimum requirement
for the number of shifts worked?
No. All HealthSource requires is two
days/nights of availability per month.
Question: Do you guarantee shifts?
No. HealthSource cannot guarantee the
number of shifts or hours a temp can work, due to the nature of supplemental
staffing. The more flexible a temp is with their schedule, the better
chance he/she has to work the number of hours he/she wants.
Question: Where do you send your temps?
HealthSource sends its temps to several hospitals
and nursing homes in the West and Central Indiana regions, to include Indianapolis
and Terre Haute.
