Qualifications:

RNs/LPNs

  1. One year of recent hospital experience in Med/Surg or ICU.
  2. Current Indiana Licensure.
  3. Current CPR certification.

CNAs

  1. Six months recent hospital experience
  2. Current Indiana Certification
  3. Current CPR certification

    4.  

SNEs

  1. Completion of Basic Fundamentals of Nursing
  2. Current CPR certification

All temps must have the following:

  1. Current Physical (less than one year old)
  2. Current TB screening (less than one year old)
  3. Hepatitis B vaccine or Declination Form
  4. Criminal History Report
  5. Pre-employment Drug Screen
